Returns and Refunds
Unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for an unused item in its original condition.
Before sending an item
Contact the store at support@cobrfortex.com with your order number, item, and reason for return within 7 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not send an item to our business address without return instructions.
Items that cannot be returned
Used, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund method and review
An eligible refund is returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you of the decision and any reason for declining the request. Your bank controls when an issued refund appears on your account. Contact support@cobrfortex.com for its status.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us with your order details and photographs so we can review the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy. The unused-item requirement does not remove rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.
Shipping charges and legal rights
Ask for return shipping instructions and any applicable return costs before dispatching an item. Cancellation of unshipped orders follows the Shipping Policy and applicable FTC refund rules. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
