Estimated delivery in 15 calendar days. Shipping is $5.00 USD, or free on merchandise subtotals of $70.00 USD or more.
Ordering availability
We are not currently accepting online payments or orders. Adding an item to the bag does not arrange shipment. Contact support@cobrfortex.com about destination availability and delivery requirements.
Delivery timeframe
Estimated delivery is 15 calendar days from order confirmation, including order processing and transit. If an unexpected delay affects this estimate, we will notify you. Contact support@cobrfortex.com for help with a delayed delivery or destination availability.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping costs $5.00 USD per order when the merchandise subtotal is below $70.00 USD. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $70.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after any discounts and before shipping or taxes. The shipping charge is shown in your order summary.
Delayed or unshipped orders
If we cannot ship an accepted order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, explain the revised shipping estimate, and give you the applicable choice of consenting to a delay or cancelling for a full refund of unshipped merchandise. Refunds for cancelled unshipped orders will be handled within the applicable FTC deadlines.
Delivery problems
Contact support@cobrfortex.com with your order number if a parcel is missing, damaged, or incorrect. Keep packaging and relevant photographs to help investigate. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by this policy.
